Hello everyone. In this video, I want to talk to you about a very important cause that triggers nightmares and is connected to our energy level and our vibrational frequency. Energy conservation was something very important for the ancient Maya and Toltech who had found many ways to avoid losing energy and also to increase it. In this video, I'm going to explain to you why we have nightmares when our energy level is too low. You've probably heard of the law of attraction. The law of attraction plays a big role in the realm of dreams. And how does it work? It works mainly in relation to our energy. In real life, most of the time, it's our financial means that allow us to do certain activities, access certain people, or also get into certain places. In the dream world, money doesn't matter at all. And the currency of exchange is your energy. It's your vibrational level and the quality of your vibrations. So depending on your level and quality of energy, you'll be able to access certain planes of the dream world. Depressed people, because they have a depleted energy, will generally access planes that aren't very interesting, which will make them even more depressed. Even more. And most of the time they'll attract everything that's dark that vibrates at a very low frequency in what we commonly call the lower astral. That's why it's so important to watch over our energy to avoid losing it and especially to learn how to increase it.
